Misc Post
Yes that was a video of Cole riding his GAS 4-wheeler. He actually does pretty good! It was a little scary for mommy at first, but the good news is it has a remote start so I can turn it off whenever I want :)
The ducks took flight/left home/or so I hope on wed night sometime. Starting Tuesday night we left them out of their cage full time. They were 10 weeks that day and just too hard to catch anymore. Wed they were still around until we went in to go to bed. Thursday AM we could not find them. I am preying they went to find water (and didn't get eaten by the fox in our neighborhood)! I am very sad at the fact that something may have gotten them, but trying to hanging on to hope that they are out there swimming and having a good ole' time!
Rylin is really starting to talk a lot more! Finally! She will try to repeat most things and also will throw sentences at you, of course we don't understand most of what she is saying, but she does and surprisingly so does Cole sometimes!
The other day I worked and noticed someone had painted Rylin's toe nails. I asked her who painted them. She said "Bumpa!" I was pretty impressed until Cole said it was Grandma Wendy. At least we have her saying Grandma now. And she insist her name is "Doe." Hopefully this is a short phase that will pass, ha. She sure has her "Yeah" and "No" 's down. Her hair is growing like crazy. She blows and gives kisses. She still throws her fair share of tantrums, but they seem to be getting better. Pretty sure I say this every time I blog about them!
T-ball was cute and fun. Of course Coach Curtis got to be in the team photos... yeah me! Ha. If you know any T-ball games/drills for 3-4 year olds feel free to pass them along! :)
Cole also started a sticky finger art class. He let out a few scrunched faces and looked like he would cry when I dropped him off, but he never did and seemed to enjoy the class. Although we can't get him to say much about it, ha!
So pretty much we are just keeping up with the buys activities of summer and hoping to enjoy some more sunshine like today!
Have a great weekend!

10 weeks
Well the ducks are 10 weeks now. They should be able to survive in the wild now on their own. They can fly low to the ground now and they go further distances every day. We let them out of their cage during the day and put them back in at night. They can leave whenever they want but they pretty much just stick around the yard. Beretta is able to be out with them and leaves them alone for the most part :) If they don't leave on their own in the next week or so we will probably walk them to the pond close by. They did turn out to be some work, but it was worth it. We have enjoyed watching them grow and I think they kind of like us too! :)

Ohio
I am home from Ohio. I had a wonderful weekend, but I missed my hubby and kids dearly. The 48 hour vacation was nice a break and made me remember how much I love my family. Congrats to Luke and Lindsay on their marriage! Sorry I only took these two pictures. Back to reality :)

Back at the races... I think Cole thinks we are going every weekend :)
Rylin pretty much complained the whole time she was wearing her ear protection. Hey at least I remembered to bring it this time!

Rylin's Potty Time
I am documenting this for Rylin's sake so when she grows up she will know how she drove her mom crazy :) She wants to be potty trained so bad! She even has worn underwear a few times and kept them dry. I am butting heads with her because I don't think she is ready! To her defense she is getting closer. But she wants to be on the potty constantly. She cries/whines about it and pats her butt and I have no clue what she wants. She needs to start talking. Because we have to put her on the potty 7 times in 1 hour I have resorted to taking her pants off and setting her on the potty with her diaper on (since she has never actually gone in the potty with her diaper off), but the darn girl will sit on the potty and go in her diaper! Yup, poop and pee in her diaper while sitting on the toilet! (but does nothing when I sit her on their naked, she actually waits for me to put her diaper back on so she can go!) And her latest and greatest is that she wont pee in an already wet diaper. So you have to change her diaper so it's clean, then she sits on the potty (with the diaper on) and pee's again. Am I boring you with her potty habits? Maybe next week when I have some time off work we will actually attempt the underwear thing for the hell of it and see what happens. I am afraid this is going to be the story of our lives... butting heads :) We'll see, wish us luck!

The new paint
We painted the wall to the right, the brown one. I really like it.
Not the best picture, but you get the idea of the 2 walls we pained.
